Fraud warning
TM & PARTNERS SCF is periodically targeted by scammers who exploit the credibility and standing of our firm, using our name and posing as lawyers, advisors or staff.
These are scams. TM & PARTNERS SCF has no connection whatsoever with these communications.
They usually contact people who have already lost money in online investments, promising to recover the lost funds in exchange for upfront fees, taxes, legal costs or “release charges”.
They often send official-looking documents with case or reference numbers, and use email addresses and websites with names similar to ours. Names, contacts and domains change over time.
What TM & PARTNERS SCF does and does not do
TM & PARTNERS SCF is an independent financial advisory firm based in Fano (PU), Italy. Therefore:
- we do not offer fund recovery services;
- we do not receive or manage client money;
- we never ask for transfers or payments for fees, taxes, charges or the release of funds;
- we do not contact people who have not asked us for advice.

Any message from a different domain, even a similar one, is not from us.
If you have been contacted
- Do not make any payment and do not share bank details, ID documents or passwords.
- Do not install remote access software on your computer or phone.
- Stop all contact and keep the messages and documents you received.
- If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately.
- Report it to the police and to the financial regulator of your country.
- If you wish, write to us at info@tmandpartners.it to verify a message you received.
TM & PARTNERS SCF has repeatedly reported these incidents to the competent authorities and will continue to do so for every new case.
