How we are paid
Our only remuneration is the fee agreed with the client. No commissions on products, no inducements from banks or asset managers.
One interest only: the client’s
TM & PARTNERS SCF is an independent financial advisory firm. The fee agreed with the client is our only form of remuneration for the services we provide: as a rule, we do not receive fees or inducements from third parties such as banks, asset managers or insurance companies.
This is why we have no interest in recommending one product over another: we can focus solely on what the client really needs.
How the fee is determined
The fee reflects the content and value of the service. In setting it, we take particular account of:
- the complexity and size of the assets covered by the advice;
- the client’s objectives and profile;
- the commitment required, including in terms of time, to follow the case.
A written quote before any commitment
After the first meeting, which is free and without obligation, the client receives a personalised quote setting out the fee and the payment terms and timing. The relationship begins only once the contract has been signed.
Ongoing financial advice is generally intended for aggregate financial assets starting from €250,000.
Specific services, specific agreements
Services such as retirement advice, family risk analysis, and financial and succession planning are governed by a separate contract, with a fixed or variable fee agreed case by case with the client.
What about product costs?
Assets remain with the banks and intermediaries chosen by the client, in the client’s name: we neither receive nor hold money or securities. The costs of products and banking services are paid to the intermediaries and are separate from our fee. Our work also includes analysing these costs, which we report in aggregate form in the annual report.
